A native of Sherman, Texas, Dr. Gregory Bevels received his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Specializing in family medicine, he completed his residency training at LSU Health Sciences Center in Alexandria. Dr. Bevels is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and has a medical license in the state of Louisiana. His areas of expertise include diabetes, geriatric medicine, and hypertension. Dr. Bevels believes in delivering health care that promotes good communication between the patient and physician.
DR. SHARIFA BAKER
A native of Houston, Texas, Dr. Sharifa Baker received her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She completed residency at LSU Health Sciences Center in Alexandria, specializing in family practice. Dr. Baker is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and has medical licenses in the states of Louisiana and Texas. Her areas of interest include adolescent medicine, women's health, and hypertension. Dr. Baker's practice philosophy is that the cure of disease lies in its prevention.

Jenna Pentecost Williford is native of Harrisonburg, La. She is a nationally certified physician assistant and has a medical license in the state of Louisiana. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology at Louisiana Tech University in 2010. She then received a Master's of Physician Assistant Studies at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana in 2012. She is a member of LAPA and AAPA. Her areas of interest include weight loss, women’s health, and helping families establish and maintain healthy lifestyles. Jenna has been a member of the Primary Care Specialists team since 2012.
MADELINE TAYLOR GUILLORY, PA-C
Madeline Taylor Guillory, a native of Alexandria, Louisiana, is a nationally certified physician assistant (PA) by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge and then completed her education at Louisiana Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, where she earned a Master's of Physician Assistant degree. She is currently a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Louisiana Academy of Physician Assistants, and Association of Family Practice PAs & NPs. She was also inducted into Phi Alpha, a national honor society for physician assistants. Madeline finished up her training at Primary Care Specialists under the supervision of Dr. Baker and Dr. Bevels. Her interests include acute care, women's health, and diabetes management.
